What unites our team is a shared conviction in the message of God’s grace revealed through the finished work of Jesus Christ. This common calling compels us to strengthen believers in identity, serve people with love, and make the gospel of grace clear and accessible in every place we go.

Leadership

This ministry is led by Mark Hicks and his wife, Jannette Hicks. Together, they serve as the primary voices and leaders of the ministry, carrying both the teaching and the relational heart behind its mission.

Mark Hicks is the founder and central teacher of the ministry. His message is rooted in a grace centered understanding of the gospel, shaped through years of study, ministry experience, and the personal revelation that is reflected in Scandalous Grace. He is a veteran, minister, graduate of Charis Bible College and Faulkner University, and also serves in youth ministry alongside his family at Casa De Restauración in Alabama. His focus is on teaching the finished work of Christ and helping believers live from identity and freedom in Christ.

Jannette Hicks plays a vital leadership role as a partner in ministry and in youth work. She helps carry the pastoral and relational side of the ministry, especially in serving young people and supporting families in their spiritual growth. Together, they function as a team, blending teaching, mentorship, and hands on ministry.

Their leadership is also shaped by family and community life, raising their three children while actively serving in their local church and participating in missions work. This shared calling keeps the ministry grounded, practical, and deeply connected to everyday life and the people they serve.

Mark Hicks
Mark is a husband, father of three, and enjoys a full life centered around family and faith. Outside of ministry, he values time at home with his wife and kids, investing in everyday moments that matter most. He also has a background as a veteran and enjoys music and photography, both of which reflect his creative side and appreciation for storytelling and meaning in everyday life.

Jannette Hicks
Jannette is a wife and mother of three who places a high value on family, relationships, and creating a healthy home environment. She enjoys life with her family, especially the simple rhythms of daily life that keep them grounded and connected. Her personality brings warmth and stability to both her home and the people around her, making her a steady and encouraging presence in every space she is part of.
